Remember Tim Burton's excellent The Nightmare Before Christmas? Well he's back again, directing this time, with an animated homàge to Halloween with voice talents of Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Albert Finney, Christopher Lee, Emily Watson and Joanna Lumley.
When Victor (Johnny Depp) stops to rest in the woods on his way home to get married to his sweetheart Victoria (Emily Watson), things start to go wrong. As a joke, Victor puts his wedding ring on a finger-shaped stick in the ground and says his wedding vows but the stick turns out to be the rotted finger of a murdered girl (Helena Bonham-Carter) who suddenly rises up says she's Victor's lawfully wedded wife.
