Review:
I thought this film would be of the American Pie type and of the teenage genre and that is what I got apart of American Pie is funny and this film was not on the whole. I really struggled to see an actual storyline, the only plot is the girl that moves in next door who was an ex-porn star and a teenager who is 18 and more interested in his studies, that is until this girl called Danielle changes everything. This is self explanatory but the confusing part is the second half of the film. You can understand Matthew falling for this girl but the events following in the second half of the film had me completely thinking why?

It is labelled as a comedy but to be fair there are only a few funny moments of note in the whole film I actually felt like laughing. I think they had a ideal opportunity to make a funny film with a scenario that could have been better used rather than the unfunny and boring story that we got. I just got the feeling the film makers got the idea in there heads they wanted to have a attractive girl on screen to look at with a scenario of been an ex-porn star, which they got, but then not knowing what story to go with it. I could see what they were trying to achieve with the story but can't see how they did it so badly and unstructured. The film had the feeling of been rushed together without the fore thought.

About the disk:
The picture quality was fine and the sound good with Dolby 5.1. The disk is full of extras; I only wish they had put the same effort in the main film to be honest.
Special Features are:

'Uncut' version of the film: what you couldn't see in theatres!
Deleted scenes with optional audio commentary from director Luke Greenfield
Feature-length text commentary
Scene specific audio commentary from actor Emile Hirsh
Scene specific audio commentary from actress Elisha Cuthbert
'The Eli Experience' featurette
'A Look Next Door': a 'Making Of featurette

Overall:
Uninspiring storyline which was a shame as the scenario had a lot more promise. The comedy was missing on the whole with only a few memorable scenes.
